Kenneth Alexander (aka Alex K.) is a passionate artist who’s rediscovered his love for art after a 25-year hiatus. With brush in hand, he’s now pouring his heart and soul into his work, driven by an unrelenting passion for creativity. But Kenneth isn’t stopping at just his own art – he’s also dedicated to giving back to his community through his NPO, Art for Life. This initiative uses art as a therapeutic tool to mentor vulnerable kids in the Retreat,Steenberg, Capricorn, and Westlake areas, teaching them the beauty of art and its power to heal. As a proud member of the Kunye Art Foundation, Kenneth has exhibited his work across Cape Town, showcasing his talents at events like First Thursdays at Grandaddy Hotel,V&A Waterfront and Groot Constantia Art Exhibitions. He’s also facilitated workshops for kids ,adults and young adults, helping them use art as an outlet for trauma and fostering creativity in the next generation.
