Linda Ray, who lives in the beautiful coastal town of Noordhoek, has been painting and teaching art, specifically watercolours and occasional pastels for 36 years.
She has held several one-man exhibitions and has taken part in numerous group events; she teaches periodically when time allows.

Linda was born in London, arriving in South Africa as a teenager. She travels frequently and enjoys depicting quaint European villages and the beauty of the Norwegian fjords but concentrates mainly on local scenes as well botanical art, birds and butterflies, and numerous works have been sold locally and internationally.
Linda is married and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
