Mariska Exley

Mariska Exley is a mostly self-taught Fine Arts artist based in the beautiful landscapes of the Free State, South Africa. Since her childhood, Mariska has been captivated by the beauty of art, drawing inspiration from the diverse cultures and rich natural scenery of her homeland.
She finds great joy in capturing the essence of South African wildlife and the expressive faces of its people. Her drawings celebrate meticulous attention to detail of vibrant landscapes, wildlife, and diverse cultures that define her homeland.
Her heart lies in graphite and charcoal drawings, through which she brings her creations to life. Through her work, she aims to inspire and ignite the imagination of those who experience it.
