Pamela Anne Ramsay Lewis

Pamela was born and studied in the UK.

Her love of art was there from the
beginning where creativity and design are a natural process for her.
Pamela became a fashion designer and worked in Hamburg Germany where her
designs appeared in leading German magazines.
On returning to South Africa Pamela was once again drawn back into art where she continued painting.
Colour and texture have been her main area of interest creating an immediate
impact.
Most of Pamela’s paintings are large and very colourful, with her latest Collection,
‘Mapela’ reflecting Africa’s bright colours. Her detailed painting of beadwork and
intricate fabric design make her work unique especially to those who have a love of Africa.
