I am a self taught artist who has been painting for about 20 years.
I lived in the UK for 20 years but now permanently back in beautiful Capetown.
I paint alla prima, which is wet on wet in oils and try to focus on realism but with loose brush strokes. I believe the choice of subject matter is crucial to a good painting and I try to keep that in mind when starting a painting.
I am passionate about sharing my art and am open to commissions.
