Rosemary Rudd is a visual artist, specializing in oil paintings that capture the beauty of wildlife and seascapes. Passionate about cats – wild and domestic, flowers and the sea, she has painted a variety of each, but primarily seascapes, (particularly around the Cape), some of which now reside in Germany, America and the UK.
Wherever possible Rosemary takes her own photographs and often uses a number of references merged into a single painting.
Based in Sunningdale, Cape Town, Rosemary continues to be inspired by her surroundings and brings nature to life on canvas with passion and precision.
