Self-taught artist living and working for the past 15 years on my farm off the grid on the Oliphants mountain range, Cedarberg.
My working career began with the Cape Department of Nature Conservation (inland fisheries, game capture and museology).
Thereafter, in 1975, I began persuing my own path.
Namely:
– Fine antique furniture restoration
– Fine furniture design and manufacture
– Manufacture of artists’ hardware
Whilst busy with the above mentioned, I continued with my own artworks, participating in numerous group exhibitions and fulfilling commisioned works.
Work in private collections in South Africa, UK, America and Germany.
