Each piece is crocheted by Naomi Victoria Mangazi as an act of remembrance, healing, and faith.<br \/>\nThrough yarn and map, she honours The Forgotten Children of Empire \u2014 those born into exile, silence, and unacknowledged lineage.<br \/>\nFAITH &amp; PURPOSE \u2013 \u201cA Stitch of Grace\u201d<br \/>\nI create each piece prayerfully. Some are born from grief, some from hope, all from God\u2019s mercy.<br \/>\nThreaded Roots is not just art \u2014 it\u2019s ministry. For the forgotten. For the displaced. For those seeking their name.<br \/>\nOUR STORY \u2013 \u201cThe Forgotten Children<br \/>\nof Empire\u201d<br \/>\nThis project honours the lives of children born during colonial rule, conflict, and exile \u2014 especially between 1975 and 1982 in Zimbabwe and beyond.<br \/>\nMany were born to British soldiers, Rhodesian officers, or displaced mothers.
