In the depth of this rhino’s eye lives a quiet sorrow – the kind that cannot speak, but is felt.
“Born to Vanish” reflects the tragic fate of a creature hunted, not for what it is, but for what it carries. Through this graphite drawing, I wanted to capture more than just anatomy – I wanted to hold a moment of truth. A life born wild, now marked by greed. A presence fading before our eyes. This is not just a portrait, it’s a question: how mamy more must vanish before we see what we’ve lost?
