Pointillism in oils and ink on paper.

This piece is the bridge between my old world and the one I’m choosing now. Sins of Divinity was the fall — the chaos, the anger, the breaking of everything I thought was sacred. “The King Who Never Was” is the moment after the flames… when I finally stood alone and asked myself, “Am I a coward for stepping away from Christianity, or am I a man trying to find truth about myself?”
I’m walking back into Xhosa manhood, relearning the lessons of my people, finding shelter in the identity I tried to ignore. And the form you see here isn’t a centaur, it’s my own Minotaur, shaped by my bloodline of the Amampondomise, the Xhosa people named after the bull’s horns. This is me caught between two worlds, shedding what no longer fits, and stepping into the road of manhood with fear, honesty and intention. This is the beginning of Indlela Yobudoda (the Road To Manhood)
